Crucifix catfish—possibly incorrect info?[edit]

The page says that "the gafftopsail catfish is sometimes called the 'crucifix catfish.'" However, the page for gafftopsail catfish does not reference this. In addition, the source linked seems to discuss Crucifix sea catfish (S. proops or A. proops (synonyms)). Evanbaldonado (talk) 00:30, 3 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A picture[edit]

Found a picture labelled "saltwater catfish commonly found in waters full of sexy perverts." It looks like a member of Ariidae but I don't want to post it unless someone can confirm that it is an ariid. Here's the epicness of your stupid life.

Looks like Ariopsis felis to me. That's the common saltwater catfish along the northern subtropical Atlantic coastline of the Americas.

Cheers,

Neale

Thanks, Neale. I'm putting the picture up now. --Melanochromis 15:20, 18 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Look like Ariopis felis to me to, but the picturse is labeled Sciades Felis is this a mistake or did you decide it was something different? Michael1115 (talk) 03:32, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
