Question[edit]

The list of area codes ... while it is sourced, it isn't exactly correct in all ways, but I don't want to arbitrarily change it. I'm from the Lowell area, and some Tyngsboro phone numbers, at least in the western parts of the town, have 978-692-xxxx numbers instead of 978-649-xxxx, meaning they have Westford phone numbers. Similarly, much of Dracut uses the older Lowell exchanges, which are 978-45x-xxxx (45 being GL being GLenview in the old system). Also, a fun fact, Lowell was the first place in America to have telephone numbers at all.
