Because there is many person killed in this incidents.

Not incident.

In one day one time, this is incident but this is incidents.

It was proposed in this section that Aomatsuba Incident be renamed and moved to Aomatsuba incident.

No consensus. See no agreement below to decap "Incident" in this article title. It would seem that sometimes these are proper noun phrases and sometimes not. As is usual with a no-consensus outcome, arguments can be strengthened and another attempt can be made in a few months to garner consensus for the title change. Oppose. Sorry, I have tried not to interfere in your recent requests and I am glad you are making them through RM. However, I do not agree with this one; it appears to be a proper noun and what sources exist use the capitalized form. See also Talk:Honnō-ji Incident.
