She had to start for Nazi Germany after the Anschluss until the end of the Second World War, therefore she competed for Nazi Germany in the Alpine Skiing World Championships 1941 (which were canceled by the FIS in 1946); she also did compete in the Alpine Skiing World Championships 1950, but she didn't compete in the Winter Olympics 1952. She was a member of the Austrian team but she did leave the team (and Oslo, Norway) because she wasn't nominated for the downhill race by Austrians team manager Fred Rösner. --Skiscout (talk) 18:06, 25 September 2017 (UTC).[reply]
