Bishop of North QueenslandAnglican Bishop of North Queensland – Two reasons: 1. Naming uniformity - all other lists of Anglican Bishops or Archbishops in Australia are named in the form "Anglican Bishop [or Archbishop] of ..."; 2. Disambiguation - there is a Roman Catholic Bishop of Townsville, which is in North Queensland, and a Roman Catholic Bishop of Cairns, which is in Far North Queensland.
