One of a group of pages on artists all coincidentally connected with the Rooster gallery in Vilnius Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 14:35, 21 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,
I keep strugling with editing wikipedia pages. One of my edits (on the painter Andrius Zakarauskas page) were reverted again. How can I possibly update the information on page?
I need to underline that our Gallery (The Rooster Gallery) is NGO, we represent the young generation painters in Lithuania. Even though we sell the works, all of the income goes to sustain the Gallery, to organise exhibitions and so on. What is more, there is no wiki page of The Rooster Gallery, we want to create pages for the artists who are well known here in Lithuania (then maybe we should constrain ourselves from english pages?) The biggest problems is that pages were reverted and now the information is outdated, all we want to do is to update the info. Nojuskiz (talk) 09:34, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Well, Nojuskiz, where to start? If you're paid by the gallery, you need to make an appropriate paid-editor disclosure before you do anything else. Once that's in place, you can request correction of errors or omissions of basic verifiable fact here on this page, adding a {{request edit}} template if you like. Any request must of course be accompanied by citations to independent reliable sources (i.e., not the website of the gallery or any press-release or similar publicity material). As a paid editor, you are permitted to create pages in draft space (the page title starts "Draft:", as in Draft:Rooster Gallery) and submit those pages for review by experienced editors; as elsewhere, everything in the page will need to be supported by independent reliable sources. You should not attempt to create any page in article space. Please also be aware that Wikipedia does not tolerate promotion of any kind. Thank you very much. I will follow your guidance and do edits/create pages accordingly. Nojuskiz (talk) 13:32, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
