Shouldn't[edit]

Shouldn't this article be somehow linked to hypersexuality? I mean, that's why you'd probably use an anaphrodisiac anyway, right? This article needs a doctor. Alex.g 10:41, 9 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cocaine[edit]

"Cocaine is also found to be an anaphrodisiac in that it may inhibit a man's ability to get an erection." Compare that to this quote from the aphrodisiac article "Drugs like Viagra are not aphrodisiacs because they do not have any mood effect." I've cleaned this article up a bit[edit]

But it was still pretty bad. Not only unencyclopedic, but read like an ad for herb pills. Eventually with some refs it may be worthwhile, but right now it's still badly in need of some data. S B H arris 05:18, 18 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The following makes little sense:

"In medieval times and modern times, Turks have used Alum for Anaphrodisiac.[2] Also there is a myth among soldiers that cooker mixes Alum with foods in Turkey.[3] Government has no claims for using Alum in military foods."

I can guess what it means but refs are in Turkish so I'm not sure.
