I just reverted a number of edits that were from someone confusing two similarly named, but totally unrelated groups. Or it was possibly vandalism. There is, evidently, an organization calling itself American Civil Defense. This is a political, militia-y, organization that has no connect to TACDA. Any edits trying to confuse the two should be reverted.
