Amendement 28 - not 27[edit]

It is #28 not #27. I think that this error replicates an error in the press, which can easily be corrected by visiting the Knesset website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.143.178.6 (talk) 11:49, 3 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@194.143.178.6: What is your source? this knesset page used the number 27, as is this Haaretz news item and this other one from JURIST. HaEr48 (talk) 20:36, 3 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the law itself. Use google translate if you can't read Hebrew: "(תיקון מס' 28) תשע"ז-2017

Amendment 27 refers to foreign workers in Israel.

How to word Redirects?[edit]

Prospective readers of this page are unlikely to identify it by title (correct as it doubtless is). It's already linked from Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions#Reactions by Israeli authorities, embedded in text (currently the last paragraph of that section), so doesn't warrant mention there under the heading See also. What #REDIRECT page or pages might be created for Amendment No. 27 to the Entry Into Israel Law to route searches? -- 06:33, 7 May 2017 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Deborahjay (talkcontribs)

@Deborahjay: Some of the sources (see footnotes) call it "Israel's travel ban", but not sure if that nickname is appropriate enough for Wikipedia. HaEr48 (talk) 06:58, 7 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
