Ambulance Service Long Service Medal[edit]

Where did you come across this criteria, as the Department of Health and other Ambulance service advises a different criteria and unable find any source to support the reference on here? Only allowing Long Service Medals to be given out to Frontline duty staff of only Paramedic and Technician grade completing a minimum of 7yrs of a 20yr career.
