Sister City

New reference ?

I have a book, Altona: A Pictorial History, by Vic Penner, published in 1990 that could be used as a reference that could back up some of the economics reference concerns. Is anyone else familiar with this book? Kjbavaro (talk) 02:34, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

Climate

The climate data on the page is old. There is new data, but it doesn't include precipitation.
