WP:THREE best sources that establish notability of the subject[edit]
I believe that the top 3 sources are two government agencies department websites and a Washington Post article. I had 16 references at first and the article got declined and the reason stated that I had a Wikipedia page referenced, Facebook page referenced from the official government agency page, and too many references so I was advised to state the top 3.
