I am not sure that she will meet the standards for notability at WP:GNG or WP:CREATIVE. What productions did she direct, in the US or in Russia? Are there published reviews of them? I see you have a lot more information on the laroslavny talk page that may be ready to transfer here. As it stands, it still feels like you need to prove the article meets notability standards, and much of the information you've gathered would help that, such as her extensive teaching work, film and television directing, and her originally developed methodologies. But based on what's currently on the page, I would first concentrate on adding citations for the "Education" and "Work" sections, and then maybe consider sorting the information you have into different categories. Some ideas are "List of notable productions" (including dates and locations) "Teaching," "Artistic methodology" (in which you could articulate her originally developed rehearsal methods), "Film and television work", and "Critical response," (in which you could summarize the kind of reception she has received in the press). I would imagine that it might be difficult to find production photos that are not under copyright law, but perhaps you could include photos of her, or pictures of locations that were significant to her work and life.
