The intepretation given at GEFONT website that NIWU was the continuation of ANTUC, is a POV on behalf of the then CPN(ML). There is no direct link between the two organizations, and certainly there are/were other trade unions claiming to represent the heritage of the original ANTUC. There is a current organization holding the name, namely the trade union of CPN(UC-M). --Soman 10:21, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
