Reversion of re-direct[edit]

I reverted the blanking of the article and re-direct because the article has gone through AFD three times and came to No Consensus twice, the third as a procedural bulk close (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alexis Railsback (3rd nomination). The editor who blanked the article and made it a re-direct cited Wikipedia:WikiProject Beauty Pageants/Notability (beauty pageant participants) which is a project essay. That's not consensus to delete. While the end result may be the same, procedure calls for going through deletion by the numbers. If any editor wants to nominate for re-direct, please propose for discussion rather than just doing it.--Paul McDonald (talk) 15:29, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
