Your removal of the maintenance templates was already reverted, so you shouldn't be removing them again without gaining consensus, as you did here. The need for additional sources remains, as not all of the material in the article is sourced. The COI concern comes from File:Олексій Карпенко.jpg. Could you explain how you come to be in possession of this image if you do not have any relationship with the subject? Cordless Larry (talk) 20:07, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Cordless Larry: What about the notability template? Alexey Karpenko has an entry in the Encyclopedia of Modern Ukraine wich is similar publication in Ukraine as Dictionary of National Biography in GB.
It is not easy to find additional sources as the main activity of the person was in 1980-1990-th, when internet was not widespread in Ukraine. --Perohanych (talk) 20:21, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm happy for the notability tag to be removed now that you have added some sources to the article. If no sources exist for the material in the article, then it shouldn't be there (and it also makes me wonder where you got it from). Cordless Larry (talk) 20:23, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
...That said, only the Encyclopedia of Modern Ukraine source is about Karpenko. Most of the others are by him. We therefore need to find more third-party sources. Cordless Larry (talk) 20:45, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
