"Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim"

Is there a ref for the mention that the team "changed" names from "Angels of Anaheim" to Angels in 2015? I remember having this discussion on the Angels article and it was hard to determine if and when this occurred.

I would recommend just using "Angels" throughout and not mentioning the confusing name change. Natg 19 (talk) 19:31, 17 May 2021 (UTC)

Just made a series of edits. There was some text that was unsourced and I removed. Also, there were some obscure statistics (running speed, etc.) that were only sourced to baseball statistics-related websites and were not sourced to anything else that would indicate that they were significant enough to warrant inclusion in the article.
