"was simultaneously announced as Albania's representative" → "were simultaneously announced as representing Albania"

"According to the Eurovision rules at the time," → "According to the Eurovision rules," since these rules are still valid 14 years later, plus you have done it the suggested way in many other articles
"in position 11," → "at position 11,"

Copyvio score looks great at 19.4%; everything else to do with references is definitely good!
