I am adding more links about Alan F. Daniels and the links provided are from credible 3rd source sites. Daniels in starting Realestate.com was the first individual to revolutionize the mortgage industry by creating an online environment for consumers to get the best deal they could. After much due diligence, Alan was selected as a Finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year during his tenure as Chairman/CEO of RealEstate.com. Links verifying this have been provided. Daniels has been noted in books by Author Quincy Benton as an industry expert. Daniels has been featured live on international media outlets such as CNN and ABC as a real estate expert discussing trends in the marketplace. Daniels is African American and is a role model to his community and other aspiring entrepreneur's. I will be adding more links and ask the community and those who know Daniels to add more links and background as well. He is an important individual who creates changes in the marketplace. I've posted a "google books" link to a Ebony Magazine where Alan is featured and a still shot of his television appearance on the Fox News Neil Cavuto Show along with several other links. To those in the industry, Alan is considered one of the foremost authorities on real estate structured finance. His firm works with banks domestically and internationally such as Raiffiesen Bank in Austria. I've uploaded a link to a press release on a transaction his firm recently closed which includes quotes from the fund manager. (Devlyn Steele LA (talk) 13:39, 3 May 2011 (UTC))[reply]
