One of the four most important days?[edit]

I am a Hindu from Kerala and had never heard of this Akshaya Tritiya till today and I am > 40 yrs old! For me Deepavali, Vishu, Pongal, Navaratri, Ganesh Chaturthi etc are the most important days.
