Notability

Althoug he's not been very famous among the west, but he's well known in Middle Eastern, especially UAE. His song, Forgive me nasheed, received almost 700,000 views on youtube.

Receiving many views on YouTube is not an assertion of notability. I'll try to make this musician notable per at least one of the criteria of WP:MUSIC. Victor Lopes (talk) 01:12, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Well, I can't find any sources for it. Please, add references to the article so it is acceptable per WP:MUSIC for musicians. This artist must be under at least one of these criteria. For now, I'm proposing its deletion. Victor Lopes (talk) 01:22, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
I vote to NOT DELETE this article. He is a very famous performer in the muslim world. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.152.104.2 (talk) 08:49, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Any references for that? I've already said it, this article needs to meet at least one of the criteria from WP:MUSIC for musicians. If it doesn't, it'll still be a candidate for eletion. Victor Lopes (talk) 17:13, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Etasaf Al Lail, 2000 best seller in UAE. Al Quds, 2001 best seller. Fartaqi, 2002 best seller. Samtan, 2003 best seller... well the list goes on. Check here http://www.bukhatir.org/history.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.152.104.2 (talk) 15:38, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Albums

The articles on his albums are in serious need of expansion (actually, some minimum information is needed, such as an infobox, credits, etc) and assertion of notability. They are very likely to be proposed for deletion. Victão Lopes I hear you... 19:48, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
