Israel and PA?[edit]

Question... the referenced Barcelona Process article discusses much about Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Is there any particular reasons why they were not part of the agreement? is there any particular reason why Israel is not a possible candidate, considering that Egypt and Jordan officially recognize it, and Morocco unofficially does (and has suspended official recognition)?

Spelling error on map[edit]

The word "possible" is misspelled on the map. Funnyhat 23:56, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Possible Merger of article[edit]

This article should def not be merged into other articles about either the Barcelona process or a Mediterranean area free trade agreement. The Agadir Agreement is wholly based in the North Africa/Near East regions and is not at the present time connected to any other FTA, which is not surprising given that it has yet to be fully implemented. Every signatory of the agreement is now a member of GAFTA. I have copied the relevant information there. At the the end of the weekend I'll submit a delete request and request that this article forward to GAFTA. --mitrebox (talk) 19:08, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I undid the merge, Agadir Agreemnt is yet a different beast, it's a different treaty and dosen't function the same way, it has its own institutions and agreements, it's rather in the continuation of the Barcelona process--Khalid hassani (talk) 16:10, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
