I'll pre-call any attempt to merge this to smart grids as controversial and needing. SME attention. I've added sources to avoid a PROD. I'm not sure the existing essay is totally correct n some details but I've included the Northern Grid AV which covers a lot of the stuff in general. Ideally Ive love to quickly cite from it, nd a couple of other sources I've found, but it's not a quick job. Draftification objected to but if necessary and it is felt BEFORE can be passed then feel free to take it to AfD. Feel free to track my recent contributions on how I came across this article.
