Back in 2002 Abu Zubayr Al Halili was:

  1. suspected of having worked with Abu Zubaydah;
  2. second in seniority only to Abu Zubaydah.

Well now in 2009 it is generally recognized that Abu Zubaydah was not very important, was never a member of al Qaeda.

Abu Zubayr is currently a redirect to an article that I strongly suspect is someone else. Unfortunately that article is unreferenced.
