The biography of Dr. Mary R Stauffer is found in the Congressional Record https://www.congress.gov/115/crec/2017/07/28/modified/CREC-2017-07-28-pt1-PgE1094.htm She created a private foundation the Mary R Stauffer Foundation that has donated millions of dollars to the students and teachers of Downey, CA. Its website is maryrstaufferfoundation.org She is also referenced in the Congressional Record of her husband Dr. Floyd Stauffer, https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CREC-2013-06-06/html/CREC-2013-06-06-pt1-PgE825-4.htm Mary R Stauffer should have her own wikipedia page or at least note this story is not her.
