A German-Latvian band?[edit]

Are Aarzemnieki a German-Latvian band, or are they a Latvian band who happen to have a German lead singer? Both German and Latvian Wikipedias seem agreed that the band are definitely Latvian. And we describe Katrina and the Waves, who had two American members (including the lead singer), as an English rock band best known for the 1985 hit "Walking on Sunshine". We similarly describe The Police, who had one American member out of three, as an English rock band formed in London in 1977. Skinsmoke (talk) 01:38, 27 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
