Added section on controversies[edit]

Hello,

I am a new editor from Mumbai close to the Aarey Forest. I read this article and noticed there was no mention on the construction projects. It seems important to the article that this be included. So I have added a section. I welcome any feedback on my work because I want to be a good Wikipedia editor and also I want this article to be as informative and factually correct as possible.
