Stub Class?[edit]

Why is this only stub class? Even by wiki's own definition and sample page, this is clearly beyond a stub class. It even exceeds the wiki requirements listed for a Start Class.

If this is example of a stubb page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copepteryx) Than the AFI GPF page is at least a C class article. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/6615th_Ranger_Force)

Thanks for other edits and formatting.

I think you are right, at this time.  However when this article was approved, it had a lot of problems.  This is the revision when it was approved: [1]  It is now in better shape, but the lead is still too long.  Stub, Start, or C-Class is not necessarily an indication of quality, but the subject, how long it has been in existence, how many articles this article links to, and how many articles link to this article.  Also realize, that we have many different reviewers who go through many articles a day.  Some reviewers are more conservative than others, I'm afraid I'm conservative.  Some may be having a good, or a bad day.  If you are interested, there is more information here: WP:ASSESS. Thanks for your contribution.  :- ) DCS 07:14, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

{{expand acronym}} referred to AFI.  :- ) DCS 16:31, 24 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the explanation. Makes sense. I will revisit the status after a while, when there have been more referrers and when it has been in place longer. TwoSolitudes (talk) 06:51, 26 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
