SAO 13823887 Leonis — The SAO designation is rather new, while this star has been known for a while, so the Bayer or Flamsteed designations are better. And HIP, HR and HD designations are generally more popular for stars. As this star uses a lower case latin letter for its Bayer designation, meaning it would conflict with the star that uses the upper case designation (E Leo, not this star, e Leo), the Flamsteed designation is better. 76.66.203.138 (talk) 06:05, 28 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
