This will be the seventh free election of Saxony-Anhalt. Should that not be expressed in the article? In the current text it is stated that it is the 21st legislative period. DDR was as we know not a democracy, therefore I do not think it is correct to say that Saxony-Anhalt had any real power of legislation at all.--Trygve W Nodeland (talk) 13:49, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Apart from the comment above: a very informative article!--Trygve W Nodeland (talk) 14:04, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

majority[edit]

Is it correct that only 44 seats are needed in this state for majority? Shouldnt it be 51?--Metallurgist (talk) 03:45, 15 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Major discrepancies[edit]

The number of seats that the CDU and The Left lost in this election are different in the infobox vs the table in the "Results" section. Which one is right? Would someone with more knowledge on this particular election fix this? --1990'sguy (talk) 08:34, 2 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A grammar question[edit]

"he was re-elected in parliament as minister president of the state" - shouldn't there be a definite article before parliament?--Adûnâi (talk) 03:52, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
