Table colours and Q/q[edit]

Why is it that we use green/blue for "team is currently in a qualification spot", but red for "team can no longer qualify", and Q/q for "team has definitely qualified?

Why is it that we use colours for a mix of "currently" and "certain" information, and "certain" information is a mix of colours and letters?

I'd much prefer to keep the colours for when the status is certain. We can *see* when a team is at the top of the table; it doesn't need to be green. We can use a separate table for the runner-up qualification, which would actually let you compare second-placed teams between pools and see whether a team is currently in a qualification spot because it has played more matches or not.
