Broadcast[edit]

"In the United States the tournament for the first time will be broadcast exclusively live on ESPN."

Does this mean what it says, i.e. that no one else will be able to broadcast it recorded at all, even ESPN? Or does it mean that only ESPN will be able to broadcast it live? If the latter, it should be "live exclusively".
