i don't think the seeding info is correct, as it can't happen that the 2nd seed would play 6th, 7th and 8th seed in their group.

judging by the group distribution (each pair sends 1 participant to each group), and the gamedays (highest seeds plays lowest first, second-highest last), the seeds should have been:

1. canada (as current champion) 2. usa 3. japan 4. austria 5. france 6. germany 7. mexico 8. kuwait

I am uncertain what the boldface text on the box scores means. Typically the home team is listed on the bottom, so there’s no reason to indicate that information typographically; I would assume, at a glance, it would show the winner of the match but that appears not to be the case. I have modified the markup to indeed reflect the winning teams; if I was in error and the boldface text should convey something else, please let me know and feel free to revert it. —Wiki Wikardo 18:09, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
