Formatting for suspended matches/retirements/defaults etc[edit]

When a player retires, some users put an "r" in the empty cell next to the score, some put it in superscript in the same cell as the last score. What about when a score is reached in the final set and there are no empty cells? What about suspended matches? Some users put an "s" next to the person serving. Some ignore who is serving.
