I understand the schedule rotation and knowing what teams the Vikings play next season, but how do you know if they are home or away (besides the division games)? 216.163.255.1 (talk) 21:20, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
For the division rotation, it's usually alphabetical order. You play either the first two teams (alphabetically) at home, or you play the latter two teams (alphabetically) at home. Starting in 2010, an exception was made for the two western divisions (see the note on the 2010 season article which explains this) - so there it's 1+3 (alphabetically) at home or 2+4 (alphabetically).
