Schedule[edit]

I added the schedule. As with last year, when the BET occurs, it may make sense to break out a separate schedule for the Tournament; however , as the only things known at this time are the location and dates, I left it as part of the regular schedule.--SPhilbrickT 22:38, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've now removed the BET games from the regular season schedule, and added them separately using the CBB template (following the prior year convention).--SPhilbrickT 18:47, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Use of blogs[edit]

Note: careful review of some of the sources will reveal a few that may technically be blogs. For example <ref name="Elliott MOP">. While the use of blogs is generally discouraged per WP:RS, there is an exception:

Some news outlets host interactive columns they call blogs, and these may be acceptable as sources so long as the writers are professional journalists or are professionals in the field on which they write and the blog is subject to the news outlet's full editorial control.

Rich Elliot is a full time staff member of the Connecticut Post, as can be easily seen by clicking on the link in the reference [1]. I occasionally use references to John Altavilla's blog, who is a staff writer for the Hartford Courant. I believe both of these meet the guidelines.--SPhilbrickT 18:45, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
