Fair use rationale for Image:CDAad.jpg[edit]

Image:CDAad.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Nothing in this article about the constitution[edit]

This article is supposed to be about the 2007 Constitution of Thailand but contains no information at all about the Constitution. It just contains a lot of information about the drafting process. The article on the United States Constitution is a good example of an article on a constitution. Can someone with knowledge on the matter write something about what the Constitution says, what its different Articles provide for and so on? Suitsyou (talk) 02:37, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This page should be renamed to drafting process or referendum of such. With current naming, the article should focus on describing the content of the constitution, not the event before, after or various reaction and criticisms. --Biglobster (talk) 06:06, 21 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
