Like myself, maybe there are other readers that don't understand that rule. Could you link to some page that explain it? Is it about the quality of the pitch or the stadium as a whole? --ClaudioMB (talk) 19:39, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Its general things like crowd control, changing rooms, food, pitch quality etc. I'll see if I can dig out a link to put on it. It's a good idea. P.S. I just read back my original reply and I didn't mean it to sound so horribly condesceding :s Aheyfromhome (talk) 20:58, 4 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
