Original research in ranking?[edit]

As far as I can see, there is only an official ranking for the first four teams. The article also gives a ranking for teams 5-12, apparantly based on points. I can not find information on the official concacaf-site, but on every other page that I find, there is no such ranking, so it looks like original research. Also, the column with the percentage is very strange. I know what it means, the calculation seems correct and verifiable, but I've never seen such a percentage in football results anywhere. --EdgeNavidad (talk) 12:42, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dead link[edit]

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!
