Pointlessly putting information into footnotes[edit]
It's not clear why the information about Niyazov being handpicked by Gorbachev to replace Gapusov (and the reason why) is being forced into the footnotes. It's a relevant bit of background that should just be in the main text. Number57 16:38, 30 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
