I'm interested in this topic because I live in the country and state hosting this event in 2010. pensions are an unfunded bloated goat but the FEI games are coming and Kentucky needs a fresh coat of paint!

Visitors for these games will enjoy new roads specifically repaved for them, new hotels specifically built for them, seated in arenas built specifically for this event and more.

There's even talk of replacing our road signs with those offering a more international "feel"!

That's not to say there won't be future uses for these facilities but this is Kentucky. We don't even have a pro team! For anything!!

While here though, please DO enjoy the following; Mammoth Cave State Park, Natural Bridge State Park & Red River Gorge (any/all of it), Lincoln's place of birth, Cane Ridge meeting house, Berea's craft and art center ... these are a few points of interest that we Kentuckians enjoy, they've been here long before you and will likely last long after you leave.

We'll probably never meet but there's a little piece of us in everything you'll do here. Some gave it willingly, others didn't. Salvagerider (talk) 01:55, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
