My own version[edit]

Was working on my own version of this article in my sandbox before this newer one came out; looks like you guys beat me to it. Mine was however a lot more detailed, I was planning to put venues, matches, squads the whole shebang in there. The link is here, should I continue with it or just ditch it completely? Your thoughts please. Gibbsyspin - (and all that's been said and done) 07:28, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Originals scoresheet scans at Women's Cricket History[edit]

Women's Cricket History has a dedicated section of freely accessible scans of original scorebooks for this and several subsequent Women's Cricket World Cups (as well as numerous women's Test series, etc) available at https://womenscrickethistory.org/Scores/index.html

This could potentially be a great primary source to enhance this and the other Women's World Cup articles, potentially making them far more detailed and informative than what is currently available on e.g. Cricket Archive or ESPNcricnfo (whose early women's scorecards are often very patchy and lacking in details available elsewhere). 2A00:23C7:BA9B:5801:A149:AF3E:2427:E238 (talk) 20:36, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
