Two rounds[edit]
The series was supposed to be played as a double round robin. Ponta Delgada left after the first round. The organizers realized that it was staged in the wrong season of the year especially for being in Cuba. They also realized that to play a second round would be a huge financial loss given that attendances were very poor for the first set of games. Libro0 (talk) 02:04, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
