Categories[edit]

I note this is in Category:1901 in England and Category:1901 in Wales. I know that the status of Monmouth being in Wales is historically problematic, but would it not be better to go for just one of these? If so I would say probably Wales, as Monmouth Boroughs (UK Parliament constituency) is in Category:Historic parliamentary constituencies in South Wales.
