117th Canadians[edit]

loooking for information ,i am trying to find if they ever fought along side Liverpool kings rifles 1ST WW, MY Grandthers brother Bernard Boyland 748170 was sent to Canada at 9yrs of age he lived in Danville quebec joined the Canadian expeditionary forces, the story was they met for for first time ,both boxing for their regiments,i have a book on history of 2nd 6th Liverpool kings rifles their is a couple of mentions 1 supporting 72nd canadians, also a mention of a boxing tournament 2 camp Henu, and they also met up with their 1st cousin Charles o Donovan who won MM at battle of Arras what is metioned on same pg , the story has been confirmed by one of Bernards sons said he confirmed the story ,just trying to find if any further information can be added TERRY BOYLAND Liverpool England 84.9.49.112 (talk) 15:47, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
