I used this: http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/agency/usaf/181fw.htm (Really reliable, even if it is out of date sometimes). Kevin Rutherford (talk) 01:28, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just that the other article is dated last week, and comes from the units CO, Lt. Col. Ken Baldowski --mrg3105 (comms) ♠♣ 01:42, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This is the only article to back up what you said so I'm wondering if they messed up because there is no sense in the modern ANG of having a squadron without a commanding unit above it, or being geographically separated for that matter. Why would it also be activated at an army fort. I think this There is also no mention of it's previous history. I also wondered why they would keep the 181st but take it's only squadron away. In the end my best guess is that this is an Army National Guard unit with the same name. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 21:34, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If I hear from a friend at Fort Hood in the next few days, I'll ask him to verify--mrg3105 (comms) ♠♣ 22:52, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ADTAC?[edit]

There's a photo in this article with the caption: "Row of 113th TFS F-4Cs painted in Air Defense blue-grey as part of Air Defense, Tactical Air Command at Hulman Field, 1988" Sorry, the 113th TFS was never assigned to the air defense mission or ADTAC. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.158.48.18 (talk) 18:50, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
