Registration restrictions[edit]

No restrictions stated, but applicants are asked to "describe their rights to use this domain name"

I have 15 .pl domains and I've never been asked to describe my rights to use this domain name. --86.46.10.252 (talk) 21:11, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I have one .pl domain and I was asked that when I registered. --Botev (talk) 21:01, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Description of "why are you registering domain" was required before NASK decided to open the market of pl domains. It's not required right now when you're registering the domain in most of the companies. BTW, answer to this question was required, but it wasn't really used unless you were applying for domain that was trademark - then you could write that e.g. you're trademark holder or that your use of the domain will not infringe the trademark —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.149.205.172 (talk) 00:05, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I registered my domain in 2006 on the Onet.pl portal and I was asked to answer this question "in case of any disputes that might arise in the future". This is quite strange since any disputes would have to be resolved in a court, where I would have to state my rights anyway. --Botev (talk) 15:37, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
