.ne top level domain name[edit]

The information shown is outdated. I work for 101domain and .ne can be registered. It cannot be registered via the NIC site but using a manual process we have the ability to register them. I don't want to appear self serving since I work for 101domain but I would like to correct this information. Please advise.
