Ramil Mustafaev (Russian: Рамиль Мустафаев; born 20 December 2003) is a Russian footballer who plays as a midfielder or winger for Legia Warszawa.

Born in Makhachkala, Russia, Mustafaev moved to Poland at the age of six.[1]

Mustafaev started his career with Polish side Stal Rzeszów.
