Rahimabad (Persian: رحيم اباد), also Romanized as Raḩīmābād,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dorudfaraman Rural District of the Central District of Kermanshah County, Kermanshah province, Iran.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Faraman.[5]
At the 2006 National Census, Rahimabad's population was 583 in 137 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 566 people in 170 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 479 people in 144 households.[2]
